If you don’t pay your Toll Bill in full by the due date, the unpaid toll balance follows the escalation process outlined below:

Collections
- Toll Bill balance
- No Late Fees
- 30 days to pay
- Overdue balance plus any new toll
- $5.00 late fee
- 30 days to pay
- Unpaid Toll Bill balance from 1st Toll Bill
- MTA - Up to $100 fee per transaction
- PANYNJ - $50 fee per transaction
- NYSTA & NYSBA - $50 fee per unpaid Toll Bill
- Unpaid violations escalate to Collections
- Penalties may include revocation or renewal hold of your vehicle registration with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
